Ah Ben’s interpretation of sotong kangkung reimagines the Malaysian dish with pan-fried octopus and pork belly, marinated with garlic and kaffir lime leaves. It is served alongside his signature mashed sweet potatoes infused with aromatic flavours and fresh kangkung, then finished with the authentic sotong kangkung sauce and crushed peanuts for a rich, savoury, and nutty finish.
